Nokia N95 – Best of N series...
Considering the sheer ergonomics, it might seem that Nokia N95 comes in a hefty package, but that is not the case. The handset is compact 3.8 inches long by 2.1 inches wide by 0.8 inch thick and weighs only 4.2 ounces. The two way dual slider is smooth and distinguishes between the multimedia features and other standard applications. On sliding up, the alphanumeric keypad is exposed, while on sliding downwards the media player controls are revealed.
There is a gorgeous 2.6-inch QVGA TFT screen, with a 16 million-colour output and 320 x 240 pixel resolutions, thus ensuring that the images and graphics come out bright and vivid. Further, one can change the theme of the home screen, backlighting time, and font size. Beneath the screen is a numeric keypad. It features large, tactile keys with bright backlighting.
The Nokia N95 features a whooping 5 MP camera – first of its kind under the genre. The camera features Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, seven shooting modes, flash, red-eye reduction option, self-timer, a sequence mode for multiple shots, and of course a wide array of customization and editing options (like adjust the brightness, contrast, white balance, colour tone, ISO light sensitivity, and exposure value). The device can also record video at a maximum VGA resolution (640x480) at 30 frames per second. As for music, the handset comes with an integrated music player that supports MP3, WMA, W4A, AAC, AAC+, and eAAC+ files, as well as OMA DRM 2.0- and WMDRM-protected songs. It also offers the advantage of FM radio.
Next highly appreciated feature is the GPS of Nokia N95. It offers coloured maps, route planning, and healthy points-of- interest database. Thus, for busy professionals who are always on the go, the handset sure offers a lot of help. Nokia N95 stands tall amongst the entire N series. Packed with excellent features, functionalities and connectivity, the handset offers every reason for the users to revel in.
